Roy Keane has insisted that Man City star Phil Foden 'has to be' starting for England at this summer's Euros after his performance in the Manchester derby.
Foden scored a brace in the second-half of City's clash with rivals United on Sunday, to help turn the match on it's head and help the hosts to a 3-1 victory at the Etihad.
The forward opened his account for the day with a stunning long-range strike to pull his side level - after Marcus Rashford's opener - before finding the back of the net again in the 80th minute.
Afterwards, former Red Devil Roy Keane was full of praise for the forward and said that he has to be part of Gareth Southgate's plans.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Keane said: 'I won't be too hard on United today because City were brilliant, they showed why they're champions. City find out all your shortcomings.
