Football fans have marvelled over Jadon Sancho's Champions League performance against PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday evening that saw the on-loan Manchester United forward score the opening goal.
Dortmund progressed to the Champions League quarter-finals after beating their Dutch opponents 3-1 on aggregate, with Sancho playing an integral part in the German team's success.
The 23-year-old returned to his former employer in January on-loan from United for the rest of the season after falling out with manager Erik ten Hag.
The Bundesliga giants previously sanctioned Sancho's move to Old Trafford in a £73m transfer three years ago, but now want to seal his permanent return.
Sancho's existing contract in Manchester expires in 2026 and the winger is keen to leave the club after a career-worst spell that has also coincided with him falling out of the England set-up.
