The statue of England captain Harry Kane - which was commissioned five years ago - has been pictured for the very first time.
In honour of the Walthamstow-born striker, it was announced in 2019 that ward councillors in Waltham Forest Council had agreed plans to erect a piece of art in recognition of his feats.
That year, and in 2020, they allocated £7,200 to have a sculpture made of the Chingford-raised footballer.
However, the life-size figure of him sitting on a bench - was never revealed to the public and, instead, has sat in storage for a number of years.
Now, in pictures obtained by The Big Issue, fans have been treated to a first-look at the statue.
