A day after he attempted to clarify remarks some deemed anti-Semitic, New York Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner seems surprised that they've continued to be talked about in the media.

Gardner appeared on a live stream with YouTuber Adin Ross, who is Jewish. On that stream, the cornerback says, 'Imma be honest, like no funny weird s**t, y'all run the world.'

After receiving backlash, Gardner apologized saying in a Twitter post, 'I love all people. While my intentions were positive, I just learned that people use those exact words I shared for hate towards Jewish people.'

'That is not what I am about and I appreciate those who took the time to educate me on that fact.'
