A US gambling company is looking for a baseball fan to travel around the country to measure hot dogs at all 30 MLB stadiums for a total of $2,500, according to reports.

PIX11 revealed that BetUS wants to pay a New York baseball fan, who's also a hot dog connoisseur, that much money to take out a tape measurer and assess the wieners with no mentions of eating them whatsoever in its job application for the gig.

The lucky hire will also receive a $500 gift card at the MLB gift shop and a yearlong subscription to MLB.TV.

Travel expenses are also taken care of by the betting firm.
