James Harden has provided the media with a brief, two-word response when asked if he and Daryl Morey will ever make amends over their beef last season regarding the Clippers point guard's exit from the 76ers.
The 34-year-old, prolific scorer didn't beat around the bush when asked about his fractured relationship with Philadelphia's GM and president of basketball operations after the Clippers' 108-107 win over the Sixers at Wells Fargo Arena, where Harden was booed every time he handled the ball.
'Do you think some day you and Daryl [Morey] will patch things up?' a reporter asked Harden, who didn't sugarcoat his response.
'No. Hell no,' the 10-time All-Star and one-time MVP (2018) said without hesitating.
'For me, personally, I feel like I did everything that I needed to do in the sense of the year prior, taking myself off the max (contract) to help the team get better, for this city. You know what I mean?' Harden added.
