Erik ten Hag joined a Manchester United iftar night held for the club's Muslim players and staff members after his side's 1-1 draw with Brentford at the weekend.
Ten Hag, who appears under increased pressure after the dropped points cut United further adrift of the Champions League spots, was seen stopping for several handshakes as he walked behind a table lined with an assortment of dishes.
A smiling Ten Hag was heard saying 'Have a good meal' as he made his way down and seemingly stopped for every individual to share a few words with them.
It is not known exactly when the meal was held but it is thought to have come in the wake of United's last-gasp setback at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Iftar is the fast-breaking evening meal Muslims observe every day during Ramadan at sunset. It is significant as it is the meal which follows a whole day of fasting.
