FOX Sports contributor and former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson praised LSU basketball star Hailey Van Lith for speaking out against an LA Times op-ed.

In the article, the writer - Ben Bolch - referred to the Tigers as college basketball's 'villains' and its 'dirty debutantes', all while painting a squeaky clean picture of the UCLA Bruins (who LSU beat in the Sweet 16). That line has since been edited out of the article.

Johnson appeared on 'Undisputed' with host Skip Bayless and admired Van Lith for getting herself involved.

'First of all, I like her,' Johnson began. 'There's a lot of people going to dislike Hailey now. She stepped in it, and I appreciate that for sticking up for her teammates and being a part of that.

'But when you start talking about certain, and I hate having to deal with this type of stuff, Skip all the time.
