Caitlin Clark's boyfriend, Connor McCaffrey, has been left in awe over the Iowa star's 41-piece against LSU, as he was at a loss for words by her impressive performance in Monday night's Elite Eight contest.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, McCaffrey - a former member of the Iowa Hawkeyes' men's basketball team and the son of head coach Fran McCaffery - praised Clark for her double-double display against the Lady Tigers, as she had 12 assists and seven rebounds on top of 9 3-pointers made against the reigning national champs. Iowa will now play No. 3 UConn in the Final Four on Friday.
