Adam Peaty has qualified for the upcoming Olympics after securing victory at the GB Swimming Championships.
In the 100m men's breaststroke, the three-time Olympic gold medallist hit the wall in 57.94seconds to secure an individual berth for the upcoming Games in Paris.
At the World Championships in Doha back in February, 29-year-old missed out on first place but vowed to channel his disappointment into motivation for what will be his third appearance at the Olympics.
'My happiness now in the sport comes from knowing I couldn't have done anything more — and tonight I knew I could have done more, so I'm disappointed,' said Peaty.
'But now it's about how we can fine-tune it for the Olympics. This is going to push me to make sure we're executing those skills perfectly.'
