Muhammad Mokaev isn't just undefeated in the UFC, he's looked unstoppable. 

The 23-year-old Englishman recently extended his professional record to a perfect 12-0 with a dominant win against Alex Perez at UFC Fight Night in March. 

Each victory has been a statement, showcasing his ever-evolving skillset and unwavering focus on the ultimate prize: UFC flyweight gold. 

Mokaev's rise through the ranks has been meteoric. Since his debut in March 2022, a first-round guillotine choke submission of Cody Durden to his recent win over Perez, he's dismantled every opponent put in front of him.

However, despite his rise, the flyweight title picture currently occupied by the upcoming clash between champion Alexandre Pantoja and challenger Steve Erceg - who are set to fight for the belt at UFC 301 in May.

Mokaev finds himself waiting in the wings, ready to capitalize on any opportunity and the 23-year-old prospect isn't fazed by any potential future matchups.

Speaking exclusively to Mail Sport, he said: 'Beating Pantoja or Erceg, it doesn't matter to me. Because only the best guys come to this organisation so I don't chase easy fights.'

'I had Cody Durden on my debut, who went on a 4-0 winning streak after me. And you've just see Jafel Filho secure back to back first round submission. 

'Tim Elliott won by submission after me. They're all on winning winning streaks, you know. So I don't think I came through an easy path like Erceg,' Mokaev pointed out.
