Jon Jones allegedly assaulted a drug-testing agent in his Albuquerque residence on March 30 A police report details that Jones is accused of grabbing the agent's phone and threatening to sue them The agent claims Jones was cooperative at first when she showed her credentials and laid her testing materials and phone on a table. After asking to do the urine test in the garage, she left a colleague with the UFC star. A few minutes later, she claims to have found that both Jones and her colleague were gone. When they reappeared, the agent was informed by her colleague - who appeared nervous - that Jones was unable to do the urine test. She claims to have offered a blood test as an alternative before the heavyweight began the reported assault and threatened both agents. She stated that Jones appeared agitated by him being 'tense and puffed up.' While they feared Jones would hurt them, the male agent's girlfriend waited in the car outside the house. He also left his phone with her, leaving them with no means of communication, as Jones had the other agent's phone in his pocket. Drug Free Sport International, who the agent works for, is yet to make a statement She also noted that Jones smelled like alcohol and had no shirt on throughout the interaction. Jones later agreed to take the urine test and set her phone down before she quickly grabbed it. She contacted her boss but made sure not to be seen on her phone as her colleague conducted the test. Afterward, the 'nervous' male agent struggled to seal the sample before they left the property. Healthcare Services Program Manager at Drug Free Sport International, Pierson Laughlin, confirmed that his agent had reported the incident. However, he refused to give any further statement to the APD.
