Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya predicts that Jamahal Hill will emerge victorious at UFC 300 on Saturday.

The highly-anticipated pay-per-view in Las Vegas boasts one of the most star-studded cards ever assembled by the UFC. At the top of the bill, Hill will fight for the title he vacated in 2023 against Alex Pereira, who claimed middleweight kingship months later.

Adesanya, who's more familiar with Pereira than most fighters, took to his YouTube channel and predicted how he thinks the headliner will unfold.

'Five rounds, so it's gonna be a slow start in the first round,' The Last Stylebender said. 'They're gonna figure each other out, get some shots off.

'Alex is going to be throwing the leg kick and Jamahal will be finding his jab and trying to get his fist to Alex's head. I'm gonna go [with] Jamahal by knockout. I think it's gonna be in the first two and a half.'
