New Fever star Caitlin Clark received a hero's welcome in Indiana on Friday night after attending the Pacers' NBA playoff game against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Clark, the college-basketball sensation selected by Indiana with the first pick of this month's WNBA Draft, rocked up at Gainbridge Fieldhouse to watch her male counterparts take on Milwaukee in Game 3 of their first-round playoff battle.
The 22-year-old emerged courtside in a Pacers racecar before Friday's game got underway, even revving up the engine while waving to the home crowd.
Last season the team began a new tradition which sees a special guest get behind the wheel of a custom-designed IndyCar before Pacers games, with Clark the latest high-profile figure to do so.
