A Premier League manager has emerged as the new favourite to become the next Bayern Munich manager.
The Champions League semi-finalists have been on the hunt for a new boss since it was announced that current manager Thomas Tuchel would depart at the end of the season, but are having little luck in their search.
The German side opted to move on from Tuchel in January amid their struggles in the Bundesliga, with the club conceding the title for the first time in 12 years. Xabi Alonso's Bayer Leverkusen have taken the crown.
Julian Nagelsmann seemed set to return to the club but has put pen to paper on a deal to stay on as Germany manager. Ralf Ragnick was then set to be appointed, but has reportedly rejected the opportunity, leaving the club scrambling for another option.
They may turn to the Premier League to answer their problems, with one boss becoming odds-on favourite in the wake of Tuchel's call.
