Chris Sutton has criticised Jude Bellingham for showing a 'lack of respect' towards Harry Kane by trying to throw his England team-mate off before his penalty in the Champions League semi-finals this week.
Kane eventually netted from the spot for Bayern Munich to put them 2-1 up in their first leg clash against Real Madrid, but Bellingham had been doing his best to distract him by muttering some words in his ear as he prepared to take his effort.
After the game, which ended 2-2, the England captain insisted he was not aware what Bellingham had said, before learning later on he had told the striker he was going to strike his penalty down the left.
Kane said he was 'in the zone' and focused on his preparations and ended up dispatching his kick down that exact side, with Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin unable to stop it.
Bellingham's antics have generated huge discussion with some questioning his behaviour towards an England team-mate who he will be playing alongside at Euro 2024 this summer.

And Sutton, speaking on Mail Sport's It's All Kicking Off podcast, was left unimpressed after his co-host Ian Ladyman also expressed displeasure.
