Manchester City's 115 charges for breaching UEFA's Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules have not been dropped despite speculation.

Rumours have spread online recently that an investigation into last season's treble winners will no longer go ahead.

Speculation surrounding the charges potentially being dropped appear to stem from recent comments on the situation made by Premier League CEO Richard Masters.

Speaking at a press conference for the European Leagues group last week, Masters said the hearing would be set to take place in the 'near future'.
