Xavier Worthy had an inauspicious start to his life with the Chiefs on Saturday as he dropped his first pass at rookie minicamp.

The former Texas wideout, who was selected No. 28 overall by Kansas City, took the practice field for the first time alongside other rookies and roster hopefuls.

And the session got off to a rough start for the 21-year-old speedster as video captured a ball going right through his hands.

The clip led several fans to joke that Worthy would 'fit right in' in Kansas City, where the Chiefs' receiving corps was extremely drop-happy last season.

The eventual Super Bowl champions led the NFL with 44 drops last regular season.
