The St George Illawarra Dragons have copped it from fans on social media after some eagle-eyed supporters spotted a spelling mistake on the jersey of Jack Bird.
Bird was wearing a special 150th game milestone jersey for Sunday's showdown with the Sharks, which celebrated his 67th game with the club.
However, while being interviewed after the game, it emerged that the star centre's jersey suggested he played for the 'Dargons'.
'Jack Bird. 150th NRL Game. Sharks vs Dargons. Pointsbet Stadium. Sunday May 5th 2024,' was printed on the jumper.
