Bayern Munich Matthijs De Ligt has revealed what the linesman said to him after his late goal against Real Madrid was controversially ruled out.
Real were leading 4-3 on aggregate when De Ligt found the net deep into injury time at the end of the second half.
The linesman had already flagged for offside, which meant that VAR couldn't intervene, and the goal wasn't allowed to stand.
De Ligt was let hugely frustrated by the decision, especially given that his goal would have taken the game to extra-time.
As it transpired, Real prevailed, with substitute Joselu the hero with two goals.
