Aussie F1 star Daniel Ricciardo appears to be preparing for the next phase of his life after it was announced he will be an executive producer on the highly anticipated Hollywood comedy show Downforce.
Said to be an Entourage-style insight into the world of F1 racing, the plot will centre around an heiress who gets thrust back into the family motor racing business.
She then faces a series of tough choices she must make about the future of the team, as well as her family's legacy.
Other executive producers include Temple Hill's Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey, as well as US television writers Alec Berg and Adam Countee.
