Miami Grand Prix winner Lando Norris was full of praise for the new F1 24 game as he was captured playing a pre-release version in a video uploaded to YouTube

Norris, 24, the youngest ever British Formula One driver, took to the track to try out the latest EA Sports game fresh off the back of a stunning victory for McLaren in Florida last weekend. 

The video saw Norris take on the updated tracks at Silverstone and Spa-Francorchamps, home of the British Grand Prix and Belgian Grand Prix races respectively. 

Unsurprisingly, the Brit chose to race as himself on both occasions - and was clearly impressed by the game's graphics quality. 

He appeared heavily amused by the portrayal of his McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri, remarking that the Australian's hair looked 'extremely real'.

Norris was also gunning for a tough challenge, as he set the AI difficulty to its maximum setting of 110 without hesitation. 

He appeared vindicated in doing so, as he was able to qualify on pole position after a short practice run, putting in a lap time of 1:30.143, just
