The owner of a nightclub at the center of assault allegations against Chiefs star Rashee Rice has questioned the police's version of events.
It emerged this week that law enforcement officials are looking into claims that Rice punched a man, weeks after a 119mph car crash left him facing felony charges.
A police report accuses the 'suspect' - Rice is not named - of luring the photographer back to the Lit Lounge & Feu Nightclub in downtown Dallas before assaulting him.
The victim went to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, a police spokesperson told the Dallas Morning News. He is said to have had visible swelling on one side of his face.
