After a dramatic final day of the Premier League season, Manchester City secured their fourth title in a row after victory over West Ham.
The hosts set the tone from the first minute as Phil Foden unleashed an unstoppable strike that flew into the top corner of the Alphonso Areola's net.
The England starlet doubled his tally in 18th minute after applying the finishing touches on a sweeping move before Mohammed Kudus scored an acrobatic strike.
