Alex Rodriguez isn't technically the Minnesota Timberwolves owner, and that day may never come, but the situation isn't stopping the baseball legend from taking part in his team's success this postseason.

Seated alongside girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro at Denver's Ball Arena for Minnesota's Game 7 win over the defending-champion Nuggets, A-Rod celebrated the team's Western Conference Finals berth by performing a choreographed handshake with Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards.

Later he was seen embracing center Rudy Gobert.

'Let's f***ing go!' Rodriguez appeared to yell after Minnesota's 98-90 win, which puts them into a Western Conference Finals matchup with the Dallas Mavericks.

Interestingly, Edwards didn't even know who Rodriguez was when he and business partner Marc Lore announced plans to buy the team from Glen Taylor in 2021: 'I know he's going to be the owner but I don't know nothing about baseball.'
