Atletico Madrid have fuelled rumours about a return for Diego Costa, after their chief executive insisted the club will sign one more player before the window shuts.

The La Liga side are currently under a transfer embargo, meaning any players who sign won't be able to feature for six months, but that hasn't stopped them from doing deals. 

They have signed Vitolo from Sevilla and loaned him out to Las Palmas, and a similar situation could arise with Chelsea striker Costa this summer.
