Luis Suarez was lucky to escape a red card for a challenge on Nicolas Otamendi during Uruguay's 0-0 draw with Argentina, but the striker has played down injury fears caused by the collision.

Suarez went down after planting his foot on Otamendi's left shin during the World Cup qualifier in Montevideo, sparking concerns he had suffered a recurrence of the knee injury sustained at Barcelona.
