 Neymar has been warned that he will never be loved like Lionel Messi — until he cuts out the petulance and play-acting.

The Brazilian superstar was booked for dissent after losing the rag when Italian referee Daniele Orsato denied him a free-kick following an extravagant fall to the floor during Tuesday night’s 5-0 win over Celtic for Paris Saint-Germain in Glasgow.

And Celtic defender Mikael Lustig, who branded Neymar ‘football’s biggest actor’ earlier this year, believes the £198million man needs to curb his behaviour if he is to be adored by neutrals.
