It looks as though a couple more League of Legends esports veterans will be taking a step back in their careers to join Academy teams.
Perhaps the most surprising news today is that Chae 'Piglet' Gwang-jin will be joining Clutch Gaming Academy.
Piglet is a former world champion, winning in 2013 with the dominant SK Telecom T1. Since then, he has moved to the US, and hasn't managed to replicate that success.

Piglet will join Clutch Gaming Academy, which will be competing in the second tier of NA LoL
Now, Piglet will be joining the Clutch Gaming Academy team, which will be competing in the secondary league to the new North American League of Legends Championship Series.
Piglet was briefly on Team Curse, and then moved to Team Liquid in early 2015, and also spent some time on their Academy team.
His contract with Liquid was not renewed at the end of the last season, and he has now been replaced by Yiliang
