England fans will be enticed on to 20-hour 'football special' trains between World Cup venues this summer, in a move which appears to pose a major risk of alcohol-related disorder.

With limited capacity to fly fans between group-stage venues, organisers will seek to tempt them to make long-distance train trips by offering free travel for those with tickets.
