Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson outed himself as an absolute perfectionist as he chose to confront Loris Karuis over a goalkeeping error as the rest of the team celebrated their Champions League semi-final victory.

Despite losing 4-2 on the night to Roma, Liverpool scraped into the Champions League final 7-6 on aggregate with the final whistle sparking scenes of jubilation among Jurgen Klopp's men.

But as they jumped around in front of their travelling fans in the Stadio Olimpico, Henderson made a beeline for the German goalkeeper and gave him a royal ear-bashing, albeit one that appeared to be in good humour.
