A bad software update has bricked Nike's $350 self-tying sneakers.
In reviews on the Google Play Store, users said they updated their Adapt BB smart sneakers on an Android phone, only for the shoes to stop working.
Now, Nike says it's working on a fix, but it's unclear when a patch will be ready.

'We are seeing isolated connectivity issues related to the setup of the Nike Adapt BB and are actively working to resolve it,' a Nike spokesperson told the Verge.
'If a consumer experiences this, we encourage them to contact Nike Customer Services.'
After downloading the software update, users said either their left or right shoe wouldn't pair with the Adapt app.
As a result, they found themselves unable to tighten either of their self-lacing shoes.
Some users were able to resolve the issue by performing a hard reset, which can be done by holding down the two buttons on the side of the Adapt shoes.
