TEMPUR is known for its range of mattresses and pillows which feature memory foam materials, first inveneted by NASA in the 1960s.
Memory foam is 'viscoelastic', which means both fluid and spring-like.
TEMPUR says that this is achieved by 'billions of ultra-sensitive open cells existing between a solid and a liquid state'.
However, its formula remains a secret, with fewer than 10 people in the world knowing how to make it.
TEMPUR's latest mattress is called the TEMPUR Pro Air SmartCool, and is available exclusively through Dreams.
The main body of the mattress is crafted from an all-news TEMPUR Advanced Material, which provides pressure relief and motion absorption.
However, it's the new Pro Air SmartCool cover that really does the hard work.
The cover has been formulated to transfer heat away from your body as you sleep, keeping you feeling cool and fresh throughout the night.
While this all sounds great in theory, I must admit that I was slightly sceptical before I put it to the test.
