Almost half of all Australian women say they have been diagnosed as clinically depressed, according to the results of a new national survey.
This was just one of the findings released from the fourth annual Women's Health Survey, which quizzed 15,262 women aged 18 and above, ahead of Women's Health Week starting on Monday.
The study, put together by non-profit Jean Hailes for Women's Health, found that 66.9 per cent of women felt nervous, anxious or on edge for more than seven days in the last four weeks.
