A man accused of making explosives in his home faced four terrorism charges when he appeared in court yesterday.

Police allegedly found triacetone triperoxide (TATP) in the fridge at Edward Harris’s house in Cardiff when officers raided the address on Wednesday.

Another explosive substance, hexamethylene triperoxide diamine (HMTD), was discovered in the 27-year-old’s garden shed, the court heard.
