LATAM Airlines loses family's support dog that was going to Paraguay and given ...

A South American family is devastated after their service dog didn't make the return trip with them and was said to have been lost in New York City. 

Jonathan Rolon explained that his parents and their emotional support dog, Logan, was supposed to fly back to Paraguay on August 27 after visiting him in Connecticut.

But when the couple made it back to Paraguay via LATAM Airlines, they were told that their pooch didn't make the trip from John F. Kennedy Airport because of ramp issues.

Things got even stranger once Rolon made his way to the airport and was told that another employee had taken the dog home, NBC 4 reports.

Rolon was given the name of the employee, but not why Logan was taken. He was also given the intersection
