A foul mouthed doctor threw a four-letter temper tantrum at hospital car parking staff after he found himself unable to park his vehicle as he arrived for work, a medical tribunal heard.

Dr Siradzh Mokhammad, 46, allegedly branded one official a 'donkey' and 'not human' and told another he was 'a mother******' after he turned up at 9am to find the hospital car park was full, it was said.

The medic, from Walsall, who had a parking pass was 'ranting and raving' and repeatedly using the f-word when he learnt there was no parking spaces available for him at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, it was claimed.

His tirade allegedly escalated when he was advised his vehicle was currently blocking the entrance to the car park.

During his outburst Mokhammad threw his pass onto a ledge saying: 'I'm f******g angry', then demanded the names of the three parking officials before taking their pictures and threatening to take legal action, it was said.

Staff tried to calm him down but the doctor allegedly went on: 'You're a donkey - you're not human, you are an animal. Come on, hit me - I will have you.'

Mokhammad stormed off into the hospital after illegally parking his car in another space and was subsequently issued with a parking ticket.

He was later reported to the General Medical Council over his bad language.

The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service heard Mokhammad was working as a locum Senior House Officer at the QEH when encountered the three parking officials known as Miss A, Mr B and Mr C in Car Park F on May 17 2017.

Miss Laura Barbour, lawyer for the General Medical Council, told the Manchester hearing: 'He went into the car park and couldn't find a space and he became verbally abusive, aggressive and threatening to staff members.

'Miss A says he came over to her window 'ranting and raving' and saying he had paid for something he couldn't use. She asked him to calm down but he didn't so she went to back off and got the assistant manager who went to see him.

'Dr Mokhammad shouted to him too before moving his car so that nobody could get in or get out and removed his bag.

'Another supervisor went over and asked him to move but at that point he became physically aggressive
