Dr Siradzh Mokhammad pictured leaving his medical tribunal hearing in Manchester. The 46-year-old allegedly flew into a temper tantrum after not being able to find a parking space A foul mouthed doctor threw a four-letter temper tantrum at hospital car parking staff after he found himself unable to park his vehicle as he arrived for work, a medical tribunal heard. Dr Siradzh Mokhammad, 46, allegedly branded one official a 'donkey' and 'not human' and told another he was 'a mother******' after he turned up at 9am to find the hospital car park was full, it was said. The medic, from Walsall, who had a parking pass was 'ranting and raving' and repeatedly using the f-word when he learnt there was no parking spaces available for him at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, it was claimed. His tirade allegedly escalated when he was advised his vehicle was currently blocking the entrance to the car park. During his outburst Mokhammad threw his pass onto a ledge saying: 'I'm f******g angry', then demanded the names of the three parking officials before taking their pictures and threatening to take legal action, it was said. Staff tried to calm him down but the doctor allegedly went on: 'You're a donkey - you're not human, you are an animal. Come on, hit me - I will have you.' Mokhammad stormed off into the hospital after illegally parking his car in another space and was subsequently issued with a parking ticket. He was later reported to the General Medical Council over his bad language. The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service heard Mokhammad was working as a locum Senior House Officer at the QEH when encountered the three parking officials known as Miss A, Mr B and Mr C in Car Park F on May 17 2017. Dr Siradzh Mokhammad, 46, was 'ranting and raving' and repeatedly using the F-word when he learnt there was no parking spaces available for him at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham (pictured), it was claimed Miss Laura Barbour, lawyer for the General Medical Council, told the Manchester hearing: 'He went into the car park and couldn't find a space and he became verbally abusive, aggressive and threatening to staff members. 'Miss A says he came over to her window 'ranting and raving' and saying he had paid for something he couldn't use. She asked him to calm down but he didn't so she went to back off and got the assistant manager who went to see him. 'Dr Mokhammad shouted to him too before moving his car so that nobody could get in or get out and removed his bag. 'Another supervisor went over and asked him to move but at that point he became physically aggressive towards the members of staff. 'He had his arms out and was saying: 'Come on, hit me, I will have you out, come on, hit me'. Miss Barbour added staff said Dr Mokhammad parked in the wrong area, before going back to the desk, taking photos of staff members, and using abusive language. Staff said this arose out of him not having anywhere to park. The doctor told staff he was going to be taking further legal action. They explained how the system worked but he told them: 'I paid you as normal'. Miss A an administrative assistant at the car park said: 'We've had to deal with many stressed patients trying to park to visit the hospital and we have dealt with many doctors unable to park and nurses unable to park. 'The doctor was annoyed because he was unable to park his car and he began parking in a way that was blocking the entrance. He came over to the office then and started shouting about that he couldn't find a space. Miss A added that he was shouting, becoming 'irate' and kept talking over her when she was trying to explain the parking situation. Mr B an assistant manager in his 40s said: 'If there's no spaces, there's no spaces - this sort of thing happens everyday, was in the back at the managers office when the doctor said to Miss A: 'Why have I paid for this when there's no parking spaces'. 'He sounded irate and abrupt and his voice was high pitched. I heard her say: 'if you're going to talk to me in that way I'm getting away from you' and that's when I came out and told him to calm down. He then threw his parking pass towards me onto the ledge and that's when he swore at me. He wasn't calm, he was shouting and his voice was raised. 'He swore on my mother, my wife, he called me an animal and said I was not a human being. I back off when he swore at me but he had parked his car in the middle of the road. Mr C spoke to him and I followed him out and I just told the doctor to move the car. 'I did tell him to mind his language but he had his arms out and he was moving his hands and he had his face in my face. 'He called me a donkey. I just walked away and went back to the office. 'He was saying 'come on, I'll have you.' I wasn't the aggressor in this situation.' Mr C who in his 30s said: 'I have heard many complaints over the years from doctors and staff being unable to find spaces and people often lose their tempers. 'I could tell the doctor was frustrated but I told him to move his car as it was causing an obstruction to other vehicles.' Mr C added that a ticket was put on the doctor's car because he was parked in the wrong place, and that the medic took a photo of him. Mokhammad denies verbally abusing the staff, and denies charges of using offensive, insulting, aggressive or threatening behaviour. His lawyer Stephen Brassington told Mr C: 'The reality is, this man came to collect an explanation, he was frustrated by your failure to answer his questions and you and Mr B lost your tempers together and you intimidated him to go away'. The hearing was told there was no CCTV of the incident. The misconduct hearing continues. All rights reserved for this news site dailymail and under his responsibility
