A tiny London flat has gone on sale for £95,000 - but is no bigger than a Ford Transit van.
The puny pad Hampstead Village, in the west of the capital, is just 67 sq ft packed with a sink, desk and toilet. Images from estate agents Amberden do not show a bed in the flat, which costs £1,417 per square foot.
The flat, in West London's Hampstead village - previously the summer residence of John Constable - costs almost double the average price per square foot in the surrounding NW3
