The devastated father of two toddlers allegedly murdered by their mother has paid tribute to his two twins.

Jake and Chloe Ford, both aged 23 months, were found seriously injured at their home near Margate, Kent in the early hours of December 27 and were later pronounced dead.

Their mother Samantha Ford, 37, has been charged with murder and is due to come before a court later this year.

The children's father, Steven Ford, today released heartbreaking tributes to them both, as well as a poem in their memory.
