Pawel Relowicz has been charged with voyeurism, burglary and indecency
A Polish bacon factory worker arrested on suspicion of the abduction of missing student Libby Squire has been charged with a string of offences unrelated to the 21-year-old's dissapearance.
Libby, 21, was on a night out when she disappeared near her home in Hull, East Yorkshire.
Pawel Relowicz, 24 has been charged with voyeurism, burglary and indecency.
Relowicz arrested on Wednesday and officers have been searching his home in a bid to find out information about her disappearance.
Relowicz was arrested at the rented home in Hull he lives at with his wife and two young children.
His home is half half a mile from the bench where Miss Squire was last seen sitting in a drunken state shortly before midnight eight days ago.
Relowicz emigrated from the village of Warszewice in northern Poland to the UK five years ago and works as a butcher at a bacon factory in Malton, North Yorkshire.
Police originally had until 9pm yesterday evening to charge the butcher, 24, over Miss Squire's disappearance but were given a 24-hour extension.
Relowicz's mother sobbed as she told MailOnline on Friday her son is 'no killer' - but revealed he had picked up a 'crying girl' in his car and offered her a lift home on the night the missing student vanished.
Last night CCTV footage was being examined by police searching for the missing student.
Grainy film from a camera near the area where Miss Squire was last seen shows a man smoking by a car. Later another figure opens the passenger door and ‘someone or something’ is put inside.
The smoker then gets in the car and drives off. Police say the clip – obtained by ITV News – is among hundreds of hours of footage being investigated and officers continue to keep ‘an open mind’.
Earlier today, Libby's mother, Lisa was seen hugging a police officer after a church service in their hometown to mark the tenth day since she disappeared.
She was accompanied by Libby's father Russ at the vigil at Hull Community Church today.
Meanwhile detectives used infra-red cameras to search the area near the 21-year-old's home and searched a gutter outside Relowicz's home.
Police have been seen removing computers from Relowicz's house and the front and back doors of his home were today sealed with metal sheets by officers.

Detectives said the force has received hundreds of calls since the 21-year-old University of Hull student (left and right) was reported missing in the early hours of Friday 1st of February
At 11pm the night she disappeared, Libby was refused entry at Welly Club around two miles from her home and put into a taxi by her friends.
At 11.30pm was dropped off by a taxi but did not go inside her home and at 11.45 Libby was last seen sitting on a bench around the corner on Beverley Road.
Detectives think Libby stayed in the area for about half an hour and was wandering the streets near her student digs.
At 12.30pm a neighbour said that they were woken up by a blood-curdling scream.
High-tech cameras were used to search outbuildings in Hull near the home of the philosophy student.
The infra-red cameras are capable of detecting people who are obscured by cover and are equipped with a microphone to hear hidden subjects.
And neighbours were quizzed by detectives who handed them a form with seven questions to complete.
Two women who live on Libby's street said today: 'It's absolutely tragic, we can't get over what has happened. We hope she's found.'
A father-of three-who was walking his dog in the area said: 'You almost try piece together yourself what has happened to her.
'We hope she'll be found soon because I can't imagine how the parents must feel.'
Another dog walker who has lived around the area for over 30 years said: 'Nothing like this has ever happened since I've been around here.
'The community has been left devastated about her disappearance.
'I have a daughter who is around her age too, I can only imagine how her parents are coping at the moment.'
A source told the Sun: 'It asked where they were the night Libby went missing, if they know her, had they seen any suspicious activity in the street before the arrest and had they ever noticed the car before.'
The questionnaire also asked residents if they knew anyone who lived in the house where Polish butcher Relowicz, a married father-of-two, lives.
Police officers also continued to search a property on Raglan Street, Hull, where the 24-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday night.
A large police van could be seen at the bottom of the road, with several officers walking in and out of the property carrying items.
