A huge search has been launched for a Ohio State student who was abducted at gunpoint 'by her child's father'.

Skylar Williams, 20, was kidnapped on Monday morning at the college's Mansfield Campus after she was forced to get into a car.

Police are now hunting Ty'rell Pounds, 23, who is believed to be in a custody battle with Williams over their son. 

Ohio State said that Williams was standing in a parking lot at the campus when she was approached by Pounds at 11.45am.
