A driver caught hogging the middle lane of a motorway for three miles has been lambasted on social media.
Officers posted footage of the car on Twitter after following it on the M6 Toll in Cannock, Staffordshire at 11.35pm on Sunday, when there was no other traffic in the left hand lane.
The footage shows the car even move into the right hand lane after being flashed and overtaken by a Mercedes.
The Mercedes flashes its lights at the middle lane hogger on the M6 to let the motorist know about the improper usage of the middle lane
The Mercedes passes the vehicle and then moves over into the left hand lane of the motorway
Bizarrely the driver then indicates and decides to move into the far right hand lane
Social media users were quick to criticise the motorist for his driving.
