A police officer was charged with second-degree rape after forcing a woman to perform oral sex on him while on duty. 

Police said Corporal Thomas Oliver Jr. was on-duty, wearing his gun belt and driving in a marked police vehicle on October 16, 2018, when he pulled up beside a woman in Wilmington, Delaware.

Oliver, 35, instructed her to sit into the vehicle at the 700 block of East 9th Street and exposed himself to her. 

He told her she had an active warrant for her arrest.

However he said he would allow her to leave if she performed a sex act on him, Wilmington Police said in a statement.

Court records obtained by WDEL stated that Oliver grabbed the victim by the head and forcefully pushed her head down onto his penis. 

The incident lasted less than a minute, court records said. After it was over, the woman was allowed
