A 'drunk' undercover agent with the US Drug Enforcement Administration, who was stopped by Florida police after allegedly causing a car crash, was caught on video slapping an officer on the head.
During Brendan D'Arcangelo's arrest in December, video shows two officers from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office speaking with him following the crash.
In the video, one deputy is seen moving his flashlight from side to side as D'Arcangelo, 52, grew frustrated.
D'Arcangelo is then seen hitting the officer on the side of his head, prompting the deputy to back him against a vehicle.
