A mother-of-four is desperately searching for a stranger who helped save her sick son's life so she can thank him in person.
Becky Fantasia, 31, was driving four-year-old Harlan home from hospital along the Mitchell Freeway in Perth about 7.30pm on Tuesday when he had a seizure.
She pulled into the emergency lane and carried him to the boot where the family kept a stash of medical equipment for emergencies.

Ms Fantasia tried to resuscitate her son but struggled to see what she was doing as attempted to clear his airway by the side of the road.
'I quickly realised i was running out of light fast and Harlan wasn't breathing, and choking on vomit mid seizure,' she told Daily Mail Australia.
'I just kept thinking please, please someone stop so I can help my boy.'
