A female teacher is arrested after she had sex with a teenage student inside her classroom at a school in Texas.

Gianna Bednarski, 32, was arrested at her home in Freeport and has resigned from her role at Brazosport High School, police said.

Records show that a school district officer escorted the school's varsity and junior basketball teams to a game in early December and Bednarski had arrived there with a toddler.

On several occasions the officer noted that the victim was talking to other female students. Bednarski observed the group from nearby and she seemed upset.
