She had refused to speak to the interviewer about her reason for being there and asked 'Can I have an attorney?' when he declared: 'I'm going to give you an opportunity to explain what happened.'

Zamora somewhat opened up to cops about her fear after they appeared friendly when she was taken into custody.

Before being helped into a police car by an officer who warned her the step was large, she asked cops to help her move her hair in front of her face to avoid the glare of waiting media.

'You'll be fine, OK?' one woman tells her. 'We have to go in the door by them, OK?'

Zamora even appears to be smiling at one point.

The blonde woman played up to her petite frame, meanwhile police also released footage of the alleged victim's parents breaking down in tears reliving the moment their son is said to have told them he had sex.

'His childhood is already gone,' the boy's father says in an interview with law enforcement 'He's 13.'

The child's stepmother quietly cries as she tells police in the video, they spoke to the Las Brisas Academy boy after discovering inappropriate text messages.

His guardian said she told him: 'So we just need you to tell us the truth,' so we showed him the conversation and we said, 'Who is this? Who are you talking to?' And he said, 'My teacher.'

'So then my husband—we are very blunt with our kids. We are open and we have had conversations with him growing up and all that. And so my husband just told him, 'Have you done anything with your teacher? Did you have sex with your teacher?' And he said yes.'

The boy's parents noticed he was acting strange, leading them to discover the text messages on his phone thanks to an app called Sentry Parental Control, which monitors messaging apps for 'suspicious content or behavior'.

Footage just released also shows Zamora's husband remained supportive of his wife despite the accusations.

'Not gonna discuss it with you,' her husband tells police at one point. 'Brittany is an adult. She's the best, the best person I've ever known.'

The boy's parents previously claimed Zamora's husband Daniel called them and begged them not to report his wife to police after they saw her sexual texts, saying she had made a mistake

The parents told police that Zamora's husband 'harassed' the father over the phone, begging him not to go to the authorities and insisting that his wife had 'made a big mistake, but that she loved the kids,' according to the documents.

Daniel Zamora also allegedly suggested that he and the boy's dad 'meet up' and 'settle this,' but the parent turned down his offer and hung up on him.

Zamora and her husband, who she has known she was 16, married in 2015. They don't have any children.
