The charges against him were dropped and Mrs Gorman and she agreed to community service instead of a court hearing Yet they have failed to find a buyer and the house has remained empty for several years - but it has now been put back on the market this month for offers over £849,000. The luxury home, called Ravenswood, is three storeys and comes equip with a swimming pool, sauna, gym, recording studio, cinema and pool room. Estate agents Quicksale Property Auctions said any buyer would be getting a bargain for the 'genuine £1.5m property'. In their description of the property, they said: 'Ravenswood is one of the most significant and striking properties in Renfrewshire. Occupying the premier address positioning in Bridge of Weir, luxurious and salubrious don't begin to cover the grandness of this house. 'Entered via electric security gates, the accommodation is split over 3 levels and amounts to more rooms than can actually be described! 'The property has been lying empty for some time as the owners are based in London and a certain amount of re-instatement can be expected, but this is a genuine £1.5 million property in tip top condition.' Mrs Gorman, 51, carried out 100 hours of community service at a US church and a Christian bookshop following her arrest in 2011. The move was part of a deal which saw prosecutors drop charges of assaulting a police officer and having cocaine in the toilet of an Orlando nightclub. The property comes with its own stunning swimming pool, sauna and gym, recording studio, cinema, cocktail bar The kitchen has been given a modern fit which the new owner of the property will have to do very little work on to bring it up to scratch, despite being left unoccupied in recent years The mum-of-four agreed to do the 'life swap' after her arrest in 2011. She was initially accused of assaulting police officer Noah Pruitt in the toilet of the Roxy nightclub. But, rather than going on trial, she was offered the chance to enrol in a pre-trial diversion programme which allowed her to avoid a criminal record and an admission of guilt. A charge against her 52-year-old husband of resisting arrest was dropped. The Gormans - who once lived in a modest council house in Cumbernauld, Lanarkshire - are said to be worth around £45million.
