Crew were forced to scramble to save a man from the sea when he slipped off a yacht and fell overboard in dramatic footage.
The shocking clip was captured as nine crew were training in rough and windy conditions in Dublin Bay, Ireland.
The boat can be seen powering through the water at speed when a man in a blue jacket slips over the edge as the yacht heels.
